The following terms and conditions will apply to this Gold Coast Airport Prize Draw (‘Promotion’) which is offered by Gold Coast Airport Pty Limited (ABN 91 077 200 821) of Level 1, Airport Central, Eastern Avenue Bilinga QLD 4225 Australia, telephone (07) 5589 1100 (‘The Promotor/Airport/we/us/our’).
Entries and claims are only open to Australian and New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over who visit Gold Coast Airport, QLD during the Promotional Period (defined below).
This promotion opens on 11 November 2025 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 10 December 2025 (“Promotional Period”).
The ‘Participating Store’ for this promotion is Heinemann Tax & Duty Free, located at Gold Coast Airport, QLD.

There is one component to the promotion
Limited Offer Component (defined below); and
To be eligible to enter the Limited Offer Component, individuals must, in a single transaction, spend AUD$100 or more at Heinemann Tax and Duty Free during the Promotional Period (“Qualifying Transaction”). Once individuals have completed their Qualifying Transaction, they will then receive a unique entry card from the staff member at the Participating Store. In the event a Qualifying Transaction receipt or unique entry card is not automatically handed to them, it is the individual’s responsibility to request one.
To participate, individuals must, during the Promotional Period, complete the following steps:
visit the URL link on the entry card via their mobile device and follow the prompts to the entry page;
Select option a) to receive a AUD$50 Digital Visa Gift Card (“Limited Offer Component”) and complete the requested details (including but not limited to their first name, last name, valid email address, mobile number, date of birth, the airline they are travelling with, a star review and postal address). The individual will be requested to insert the unique code that can be located on their entry card.
Submit the fully completed entry form.
Entrants and claimants, as applicable, will then receive an email from the Promoter confirming that their claim or entry has been submitted. Successful claimants of the Limited Offer Component will receive a second email from the Promoter with their Gold Coast Airport eGift Card. The Limited Offer Component will be limited to the first one thousand (1,000) valid claims received. Once all one thousand (1,000) valid claims have been received, claims for the Limited Offer Component will close and participants can no longer enter.
Multiple entries and/or claims permitted, subject to the following:
only one (1) entry into the claim in the Limited Offer Component permitted per Qualifying Transaction (regardless of the amount spent at a Participating Store in excess of $100 in that single Qualifying Transaction); and
each entry or claim must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.
Entrants and claimants must retain their original purchase receipt(s) for all entries or claims as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries or claims when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries or claims and forfeiture of any right to a prize or a reward. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the product purchased, store of purchase and that the purchase was made during the Promotional Period but prior to entry.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries or claims and entrants or claimants (including an entrant’s or claimant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, tampered with the entry or claim process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper conduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
Incomplete or indecipherable claims or entries will be deemed invalid.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of a claimant or entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the individual.
The first one thousand (1,000) claimants in the Limited Offer Component will receive an AUD$50 Gold Coast Airport eGift Card via email and SMS. The eGift Card is only redeemable at the Participating Stores located at Gold Coast Airport, QLD.
Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Gold Coast Airport eGift Card are not included. Any unused balance of the Gold Coast Airport eGift Card will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of the Gold Coast Airport eGift Card are subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the Gold Coast Airport eGift Card. The Gold Coast Airport eGift Card is valid until 4 November 2026.
Subject to the unclaimed prize draw outlined in clause 25, if for any reason a successful claimant does not redeem a Gold Coast Airport eGift Card within two (2) weeks of receiving, then the eGift Card will be forfeited.
Total value for the Limited Offer Component is AUD$50,000.
Any unused portion of the Gold Coast Airport eGift Cards are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, pandemic or any other kind of disaster, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or suspend, substitute or modify a prize, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
Entrants and claimants’ consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner or successful claimant (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant or claimant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s or claimant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
The use of any automated software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant or claimant to automatically enter or claim repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries and claims submitted by that entrant or claimant invalid.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of or connected to the promotion.
Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of:
any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control);
any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions;
any tax liability incurred by a winner, entrant or any successful claimant; or
use of a prize or reward.
26. The Promoter collects personal information ("PI") in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. The Promoter will also use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed here. In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant or claimant. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants or claimants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how entrants or claimants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter will not disclose PI to any entity outside of Australia.
Should any issue arise in relation to these Terms and Conditions or the Promotion, the laws of Queensland shall apply.
